Our Apartments

Residenza La Mescia consists of three independent apartments that can be booked together or individually.

Each unit is designed to accommodate up to four guests and features a cozy double bedroom and a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for two additional guests.

Dating back to 1905 and fully renovated in 2025, the spaces are thoughtfully furnished, combining functionality with traditional Salento charm.

All apartments are equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, including a stovetop, utensils, and a dishwasher. Guests also have access to a shared laundry area with a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing facilities, ensuring maximum comfort throughout their stay.

Our apartments are perfect both for those looking for an intimate stay for a couple or a small family, and for larger groups. Therefore, the three units can be booked individually or together, making them the ideal choice for groups of up to 12 guests without giving up your privacy.
